Real estate licensed since 1993, Kelli Vanevenhoven has proven herself as the Realtor of choice in Southern California. Her real estate accolades couldn’t be more impressive and include the International President’s Circle Award, 2001, 2002, 2003 President’s Elite and CBFP’s Top Agent for 2003. While at Coldwell Banker Foothill Properties, she also earned every month: “Top listing Agent”, “Top Technology Agent” and “Top Gun”. Kelli has also achieved the highly coveted “2001 & 2002 President’s Elite Circle” Award, which is a true testament to her abilities and dedication to the business.

Kelli currently resides in Rancho Cucamonga with her husband Vance and two of their three children Christiana (22) and Sydnie (13) and their Akita dog Grace. Kenny, their eldest son, is currently residing with his wife Amanda in Florida and is serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. Vance and Kelli’s interests include: RVing, jet skiing, quad riding, movies, bike riding, teaching Sunday School and traveling.

Ruben Hernandez is the managing partner of the Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty office in Riverside. He is also President of EGA Homes, which serves as the military housing division for Coldwell Banker Blackstone. Mr Hernandez is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Ruben applies his past experience in the U.S. military and as a corporate executive to give agents one of a kind motivation and real estate training. Agents love the accountability Ruben practices to ensure they reach their goals and objectives. 

Following his active duty tour, Mr. Hernandez enrolled at Riverside City College, completing an Associate of Arts degree and successfully transferring to the University of California Riverside where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the A. Gary Anderson School of Management with emphases in Marketing and Operations. Ruben was selected to be the graduation commencement speaker and was accepted in the Golden Key International Honor Society for academic achievement.

Upon graduation from UC Riverside, Mr. Hernandez was actively recruited by numerous Fortune 500 companies, but ultimately selected General Electric as the company of choice namely because of CEO Jack Welch’s outstanding leadership traits and support of military Veteran employees. Mr. Hernandez quickly excelled through the ranks and subsequently transitioned to Fortunate 100 firm, Merck Pharmaceuticals where he finished his career in corporate America.

What sets Ruben apart is his ability to train and motivate real estate agents to achieve success in all aspects of life. He helps bring out the best in his agents by triggering their underlying purpose and passion. These are called “The Why” and help maximize their professional and personal potential. With his unique training and classes, and highly motivating “speeches”, you will always find Ruben giving one on one help to real estate agents in his office. When he’s not in the office, Ruben can be found enhancing and strengthening military and civilian strategic partnerships throughout Southern California. He serves/founded numerous Veteran focused organizations, including The Veterans Housing Alliance. Mr Hernandez dedicates his time constantly giving back to the country he proudly served and continues to serve everyday.
